■Children's Parade Held at Roppongi Hills Keyakizaka & Celebrating Doraemon's Birthday!
To celebrate Doraemon's birthday (September 3, 2112) in grand style, we will be broadcasting the "Doraemon Birthday Special" starting at 6:56 PM on September 6 (Saturday). Before the broadcast, on August 24 (Sunday), we held an event titled "Let's Walk Together! Doraemon Hero Parade" at Roppongi Hills in Tokyo. 24 children marched energetically along Keyakizaka Avenue together with Nobita and Shizuka, holding a giant Doraemon balloon, and presented a birthday cake inspired by "Sky Castle" to Doraemon!
■In honor of the "Birthday Special"... A "Sky Castle" Cake as a Surprise Gift!
With messages of "Happy Birthday" from the children... Doraemon was overjoyed! This year's parade theme is "Hero." Actually, the episode "The Treasure of Sky Castle! ~Legend of the True Hero~" that will be broadcast on September 6 (Saturday) during the "Birthday Special" tells the story of Doraemon and friends becoming movie heroes and heroines, embarking on a grand adventure in the Sky Castle floating above the Himalayas. Doraemon becomes a treasure hunter, Nobita a western sheriff, and Shizuka a spy action agent, all playing active roles in the movie world.
Inspired by this story, the children dressed up in ten-gallon hats and bandanas, transforming into "treasure hunter" style, and gathered. While pulling the 6.5-meter-long Doraemon balloon, they paraded energetically along Keyakizaka Avenue, not giving in to the heat.
After reaching the top of the hill, the long-awaited ceremony was held to welcome the main character, Doraemon! Doraemon, who appeared after being called by name by the children participating in the parade and people along the street, seemed surprised by the large crowd of spectators, saying "Hello everyone! Thank you so much for gathering here!"
Then, when Nobita and Shizuka called out "Doraemon, happy birthday...", everyone once again shouted "Happy Birthday!" in unison with loud voices. As a signal, a giant birthday cake inspired by Sky Castle was brought in as a surprise, and Doraemon was amazed once again. "Thank you! This is amazing... It's shaped like Mount Everest where I had my adventure in Sky Castle!" he said with great gratitude, waving his hands hard to thank everyone.

【あらすじ】
Doraemonの誕生日、Nobitaたちは伝説のトレジャーハンターにふんしたDoraemonが秘宝を求めて"天空城"を目指すアドベンチャー映画を楽しんでいた。誕生日のお祝いに、映画の主人公となってさまざまな冒険を体験できるGadgets"映画缶"を、Doramiに貸してもらったのだ。
自分たちも体験してみたくなったNobitaたちは、それぞれ好きな缶を選んで映画の世界に入り込む。Nobitaは西部劇の正義の保安官、Shizukaはスパイ映画の敏腕エージェント、Big Gは時代劇のスゴ腕浪人、SuneoはSFアクションのヒーローとなり、思い思いに冒険を楽しんでいた。
ところが、映画缶に想定外のトラブルが起きたのか、Nobitaたち4人は突然、Doraemonが冒険する映画"天空城の秘宝！"の世界に放り込まれてしまう。しかも、この映画の世界の外に出るには、天空城の秘宝を見つけ、物語を終わらせるしか方法がないことが判明！ Doraemonたちは一致団結して天空城に向けて出発するが、思いもよらぬ危機が次々と襲いかかり…!?
