"Grab Great Fortune! Fortune Tissue"
Doraemon can't stop sneezing. However, they've run out of tissues at home! So, Doraemon takes a tissue box from his pocket and reluctantly pulls one out. Suddenly, the tissue glows, and the words "Small Fortune" appear while a voice says "Small Fortune"...
Just as Doraemon blows his nose with that tissue, Mom brings hot cakes for a snack. On Doraemon's hot cake, there's a strawberry, and Doraemon mutters, "So this is the blessing of Small Fortune..."
Actually, the tissue Doraemon took out is called a "Fortune Tissue," which comes with a fortune ranging from "Great Fortune" to "Great Misfortune," and whatever fortune you get comes true. After that, Nobita draws "Medium Fortune" and gets a pudding with ice cream from Mom, and is overjoyed! Furthermore, Mom draws "Great Fortune" and discovers an important ring she thought she had lost, and is surprised!
Doraemon tells Nobita not to waste the Fortune Tissue, so Nobita goes outside in light clothing to sneeze and have a runny nose...!?

"Let's Stock Up on Noise Pollution"
The music from the neighbor's house is too loud, and Doraemon and Nobita can't hear each other even when they shout. So Doraemon takes out an "Absorption Machine" from his pocket. With this, they can absorb sounds and store them in cans.
After becoming Shizuka, Nobita tries to borrow allowance money from Doraemon to buy a new manga magazine, but Doraemon, having noticed this, runs away. However, Nobita had thought of using the Absorption Machine to earn allowance money...
Nobita quickly absorbs sounds near Dad, who is frustrated because he can't take a nap due to the noise. Then, Nobita demands allowance money from Dad, but is refused, so he takes the can off. Then, loud music resumes again. The frustrated Dad has no choice but to give Nobita allowance money.
However, while they were negotiating the price, the music stopped! So Nobita goes to the neighbor's house and asks them to play music again...?
