A spectacular dessert menu inspired by "Poseidon" from "Doraemon's Long Tales Nobita and the Castle of the Undersea Devil!" Features a match mousse generously made with fragrant Uji matcha, layered on a cream tart. Hidden inside the matcha mousse are petits choux.
