"Doraemon" presents:
A Collection of Everything!
"Specimen Collection Box"

After seeing various specimens at the museum, Nobita and his friends decide to make their own specimens. Shizuka makes pressed flowers, Suneo makes rare insects, and Nobita makes specimens of shells like asari and shijimi, showing them to each other. However, {{page.suneo} mocks them, saying "Did you just collect food scraps?"
When Doraemon is told that they want specimens they can be more proud of, he takes out the "Specimen Collection Box," which makes it easy to collect specimens. First, he finds a photo of an adult butterfly in the insect encyclopedia and touches it with a pen-like device on the Specimen Collection Box. To their surprise, an adult butterfly appears inside the box!
{{page.nobita} is delighted by the insects that appear one after another. He asks to borrow it, but is scolded and told that it's better to collect them through his own efforts. So, he uses the Specimen Collection Box to summon a mouse, and while {{character.doraemon} is unconscious, he successfully steals the box. He opens his field guide in the park and starts collecting rhinoceros beetle specimens, but...!?
("Specimen Collection Box" from Doraemon Comics Plus, Volume 6)
Whose hands will Nobita's letter fall into?
"The Letter Delivered by Balloon"

Nobita and his friends hear from Takeshi that he started exchanging letters with someone after finding a letter attached to a balloon in his yard. When they learn that the middle school student he's corresponding with is part of a space research circle where they also met astronauts, they decide to release balloons with letters attached too.
Then, {{page.suneo} receives a reply from a child in the neighboring house, and {{page.gian} gets a letter from a teacher at some school, with corrections made in red for mistaken characters. And to {{page.shizuka}'s great surprise, a reply arrives from a foreign crown prince! The crown prince, who was visiting Japan, had found {{page.shizuka}'s balloon and letter in the garden of the guest house.
For {{page.nobita}, who is feeling down because he's the only one who hasn't received a reply, {{character.doraemon} takes out the "Long-Distance Balloon Letter Controller." With this, they can monitor the balloon's location while controlling it and choose who will find it.
{{page.nobita} rewrites his letter with the "Duplicate Letter Pen" and tries releasing a balloon at a baseball stadium to be found by a baseball player, but...!?
("The Letter Delivered by Balloon" from Doraemon Comics, Volume 39)
