The Blu-ray and DVD of the latest work 『Doraemon the Movie: Nobita and the New Castle of the Undersea Devil』 have been confirmed for release on August 26, 2026!
This is the 45th film in the Doraemon the Movie series, a remake of "Doraemon's Long Tales Nobita and the Castle of the Undersea Devil". Director and screenplay are respectively Tetsuo Yajima and Isao Murayama, who have been active in directing and writing for the TV version. Guest voice actors include Hiroko Hirashi, Kenta Sakai (Alco & Peace), and Airi Taira, with the theme song performed by sumika.
This time as well, three formats will be released simultaneously: "DVD edition," "standard Blu-ray edition," and "Blu-ray Deluxe edition (Blu-ray + booklet + condensed scenario set)." The "Blu-ray Deluxe edition," which is a limited first-run product, includes a booklet with valuable production materials along with the condensed scenario by Isao Murayama, who wrote the movie's screenplay. Additionally, the first-run production of the "Blu-ray Deluxe edition," "DVD edition," and "standard Blu-ray edition" will come with a special limited bonus: a miniature clear file.

A mysterious unknown world called Ganazo! A breathtaking, surprising underwater adventure!!
During summer vacation, Nobita and his friends disagree on where to go camping, but at Doraemon's suggestion, they decide to camp in the middle of the ocean! Using Gadgets' "Water Buggy" and "Tekio Lamp," the five friends enjoy an underwater camp while encountering various sea creatures.
Their discovery of a sunken ship leads them to meet a mysterious young man named El. It turns out he is a "sea person" living in the <Muu Federation> that spreads across the ocean floor! The sea people, who dislike land people, cannot trust Nobita and his friends. Amidst this, they receive a message saying: "The Demon Rock Castle has begun to move!!" What is the "Demon Rock Castle" that the sea people fear...?
With hearts full of trust in their companions, they set off on a great adventure that will determine the fate of the Earth!
