The Tanabata Festival is almost here!
Tanabata decorations have once again appeared in “Minna no Hiroba” (Everyone’s Square) this year!

Taking a closer look, it seems that there are more adults than children writing their wishes seriously on the tanzaku strips.
When I spoke to a couple who looked very much in love, they said, "We read your blog!" and kindly showed me their wishes.

Speaking of wishes, the General Director and the Director also write heartfelt wishes on tanzaku every year.
Director Ohkura wrote, alongside Doraemon and friends dressed in Aloha wear: “I hope everyone enjoys the Hawaii Fair!”

Searching for the General Director’s tanzaku...
On a golden strip of paper, he wrote: "World Peace!"
That’s a global and dazzling wish!

The Tanabata decoration, adorned with many tanzaku, will be displayed until July 6th.
I hope everyone’s wishes come true!
